OUR STORY

Rooted in Tradition. Guided by Wisdom.

The Three Sisters teaching is rooted in the ancient wisdom shared and honored by many indigenous Nations throughout North America.

Corn, beans, and squash are called the Three Sisters because each brings a unique gift, and together they flourish.

Honoring Tradition Shaping the Future

Our story began with three women, each carrying different gifts and experiences, drawn together by an image first seen in a dream and later brought to life through paintings.

The name Three Sisters seemed to choose us. We recognized the strength of walking together and bringing our gifts into relationship to create something greater than we could alone.

Guided by Medicine Wheel teachings of balance, respect, relationship, and interconnectedness, we walk alongside people and communities, honoring their strengths and creating space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

“Keeping the Memories and Teachings of our Ancestors Alive”

The Teaching of stuxWascH3la<

At the heart of our practice is the sacred teaching of stuxWascH3la to remember and prevent the loss of identity. When organizations face internal fragmentation, lateral trauma, or unresolved conflict, they risk becoming xWo: orphan of identity, values, and purpose.
